How often will I receive supplies?

Every customer is put on a monthly schedule and will be called each month 2-3 days prior to
 shipping your supplies.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped via UPS directly from our central distribution center.

What happens if I am not totally satisfied with a product I receive?

We promise to unconditionally do whatever it takes to get you the correct item. Your satisfaction is our
 number one priority.


What if the item I ordered is out of stock?

We will call you immediately to notify you and discuss sending a comparable item.


Is Summit Express Medical Supply a Medicare provider?

Yes, Summit Express Medical Supply is an ACCREDITED MEDICARE PROVIDER and will file all 
the necessary insurance paperwork for you.


What happens if I have a nurse coming into my home to treat me for a wound or
 other medical problem?

During a home health episode, Medicare will not allow us to ship your supplies. The nursing
